Is Hype Market live?

Do I need the HMARK token?

No. Markets use stablecoins. HMARK is a planned governance token, not yet live.

What blockchain is this on?

Movement Labs — an Ethereum L2 powered by MoveVM.

Is this gambling?

Prediction markets are information markets that aggregate collective intelligence. Real money is at stake — never trade more than you can afford to lose.

Trading

Can I lose more than I put in?

No. Maximum loss is always what you paid for shares.

What's the minimum trade?

$1 per buy or sell transaction.

How fast are trades?

~1 second on Movement, gas under $0.01.

Can I sell before resolution?

Yes — you can sell at any time at the current market price.

Points & Rewards

How do I earn HMark Points?

1 HP per $1 of trading volume. Boosted markets earn 2×. You also earn HP from market creation (= seed amount, doubled if boosted), correct resolution (+100 HP), daily login streaks, referral bonuses, and quests.

Do points carry over?

No. Monthly reset. Lifetime stats tracked separately.

When do I get paid?

Points Pool rewards credited shortly after month end.

What about wash trading?

Costs real fees (1%+) per round-trip. System designed so cost exceeds reward.

Market Creation

What's the minimum liquidity to create a market?

$500. You also earn HP equal to your seed amount — doubled (2×) if your market is Boosted (via $100K+ auto-boost or $500 manual boost fee).

Do I get my seed liquidity back?

Yes. After the market resolves, your seed liquidity is unlocked and can be redeemed along with any accumulated creator fees.

What's the maximum creator fee?

0–2% of trading volume, set by the creator at market launch.

Resolution

How are markets resolved?

Most markets are resolved automatically by an AI Resolver Agent. A dynamic challenge period follows, and disputed outcomes go to a Decentralized Court.

Do I earn points for resolving markets?

Yes. Correct resolution earns +100 HP. Incorrect resolution costs -500 HP — the 5:1 penalty ensures resolvers take accuracy seriously.

Quests

When do quests launch?

Daily and weekly quests launch in Phase 1 (April 2026). Milestone quests in Phase 2 (May 2026). Campaign quests in Phase 3 (June 2026+).

Do quest rewards dominate the points system?

No. A single $200 trade earns more HP (200) than completing all 5 daily quests (16 HP). Quests are bonuses, not primary income.

Do I need to click "Start" for every quest?

Only the "Hold a Position for 24h" quest requires Start. All others auto-track.

Referrals

Do referrals benefit from being referred?

Yes — referees may receive perks on first trades. Being referred never costs them anything.

What if a referral stops trading?

You stop earning from them. If they come back, you earn again automatically.

Is there a limit on referrals?

No limit on Tier 1 direct referrals.
